In 2011, Adrienne graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia's College at Wise, holding a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a concentrated minor in Psychology. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for The EnneSight Coach's coaching philosophy, centered on the intricate interplay of human behavior and motivation.

During her college years, Adrienne was more than just a student; she was a dedicated collegiate athlete, dedicating four years to women's basketball. The court became the training ground for life's challenges, imparting essential values such as teamwork, discipline, and unwavering dedication.

Transitioning seamlessly into the corporate world, Adrienne currently is a senior leader in the insurance industry where has extensive experience.
